This is the / Lafayette Ford / special paint scheme of the Yates Racing #28 Ford Fusion, driven by Travis Kvapil. This car was driven in the Dodge Challenger 500 at Darlington Raceway on May 10, 2008. LaFayette Ford sponsored the #28 with driver Fred Lorenzen from 1962-1967. This paint scheme is reminiscent to that of the original Fred Lorenzen car of the 1960's.
