This is the "Walk of Fame" special paint scheme of Jamie McMurray's #42 (Texaco/Havoline) Dodge Intrepid. This car was driven in the EA Sports 500 at Talladega Superspeedway on October 3, 2004. The Talladega-Texaco Walk of Fame Davey Allison Memorial, dedicated in 1994, is a beautiful park located in downtown Talladega, Alabama. The park serves as a memorial to the late Davey Allison, as well as a tribute to NASCAR "All Star" drivers that are chosen by the fans each year. To celebrate the life of Davey Allison and the 2004 Talladega-Texaco Walk of Fame, Jamie McMurray raced a special Texaco/Havoline retro paint scheme.
