This is the "Time Person of the Year" special paint scheme of Joe Nemechek's #01 (U.S. Army) Chevrolet Monte Carlo. This car was driven in the Coca-Cola 600 at Lowe's Motor Speedway on May 30, 2004. TIME Magazine named the American Soldier the 2003 Person of the Year. In a special Memorial Day Weekend tribute the U.S. Army will feature the magazine cover on the hood of their race car. Royalty proceeds from the sales of collectibles will benefit the Army Emergency Relief fund which supports American troops and their families.
