This is the "ESGR - Army" special paint scheme of the Richard Childress Racing #29 Chevrolet Monte Carlo, driven by Bobby Labonte. This car was driven in the O'Reilly 300 at Texas Motor Speedway on April 3, 2004. The Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve, the ESGR, is a government funded program that enlists the support of America's corporations to procure employment for American military service men and women. In 2004, ESGR has committed to sponsor five Busch races, with Richard Childress Racing, in an attempt to create awareness and to promote the five Freedom Award recipients selected in 2003.
