1979 Richard Petty #43 STP / Daytona 500 Win / Raced Version / Oldsmobile 442 NASCAR 1/24 diecast, by Action Lionel. Richard Petty "The King" raced this #43 Oldsmobile 442 to victory in the NASCAR Winston Cup, Daytona 500 at Daytona International Speedway on February 18, 1979. This was the 1st live, flag-to-flag, broadcast of a NASCAR. The leaders crashed on the final lap and fought one another on the track, marking one of the most iconic scenes in the sport's lore. This is the 75th Anniversary of the Petty family's involvement in NASCAR.
