Important Shipping and Credit Card Processing information
Our UPS shipping rates are determined by a formula we use (based on product weight), which incorporates both in-stock and pre-order merchandise. In most cases, our shipping rates are less than the actual cost billed from UPS. Because of how shipping is calculated, the shipping rates on in-stock items can occasionally become inflated.
We will not over charge you for shipping
We do not use automated credit card processing companies, all information, including shipping cost, are physically checked for accuracy before your order is processed. If we receive, lets say an order with 15 1:64 scale cars (in-stock) and shipping states $31.00, we will adjust that to a realistic price of $9.75-$12.50 depending on the destination.
- Items like decals will be shipped regular mail, and shipping will be reduced.
- Also, we do not charge your credit card for merchandise which is listed as pre-order.
